SABI was contracted to provide Barratt London, a leading property development company in London, with an extensive research report into the two leading candidates in the 2016 London Mayoral elections, providing analysis of the implications for the company depending on the outcome of the contest.

The challenge was to establish how the campaign proposals of the candidates would translate to policies once in office, and how the team they would build around them would interact with companies in the property sector.

A series of interviews and consultations to inform a final report that combined factual information with insight and commentary based on these engagements were held, following a report that enabled the client to move quickly and adeptly to position the company strategically following the result.
